Cancellation & Return Policy

Pre-Built Kitchen Islands

All Bull Outdoor pre-built kitchen island orders are eligible to be cancelled within 72 hours of placing your order. Cancellations must be made in writing to costconext@bullbbq.com within 72 hours of ordering. If requesting to cancel an order of a pre-built kitchen island after 72 hours, you will be subject to a charge equal to all shipping costs incurred by Bull Outdoor, including both outbound and return freight costs. Pre-built kitchen islands cannot be cancelled or returned once delivery is complete. 

Accessories

All Bull Outdoor accessory orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact Bull Outdoor Products by calling 800-521-2855 or emailing costconext@bullbbq.com to initiate an accessory return.

Customized Kitchen Islands 

All Bull Outdoor customized kitchen islands are manufactured to your personal and unique specifications, which cannot be cancelled 72 hours after your order has been placed. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, except for warranty repair or replacement due to failure to meet the requested custom specifications.  

Delivery Issues 

Please review your order thoroughly before accepting delivery into your backyard. Note any issues on the paperwork to document any potential damage when contacting us. Please report any delivery issues or concerns to us within 24 hours by calling 800-521-2855 or emailing costconext@bullbbq.com.
