White Glove Delivery and Assembly
What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery service that involves transportation, assembly, and removal of packaging. The term "white glove" refers to the high level of service and attention to detail required to bring your outdoor kitchen island to your home. All purchases of Bull Outdoor kitchen islands include White Glove Delivery.
How does it work?
Step 1: Scheduling
During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide a phone number. This phone number is required and should be the one you’d like to use for communications related to delivery of your outdoor kitchen island. The White Glove Delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. If an invalid phone number is given or the delivery company is unable to make contact with you, the shipment may be subject to late delivery or, in some cases, the shipment will be returned to Bull Outdoor at your expense.
Step 2: Site Preparation
The exact location for where you’d like your outdoor kitchen island placed should be determined in advance, before the delivery crew arrives at your residence. It should be placed on a level patio or concrete surface large enough to accommodate the dimensions and total weight of your outdoor kitchen island.
White Glove Delivery requires access clearance of 3 feet wide and 6 feet high. This includes the distance between fence gates and around corners. Please measure the entire access area to make sure it meets this requirement. Please remove all debris limiting or blocking access to or on the setup location prior to delivery.
Step 3: Delivery
On the designated date and time, the White Glove Delivery company will arrive with your outdoor kitchen island. You must be present at the time the delivery arrives and remain throughout the delivery. If delivery is attempted and the location or access is not prepared, re-delivery may be necessary. If this occurs, you will be subject to an additional delivery fee of $750.
At the time of delivery, the delivery crew will:

Place the outdoor kitchen island in your desired location.

Place the barbecue grill head, refrigerator, and/or side burner into the outdoor kitchen island.

Remove all packaging material from the site.
The delivery crew will NOT do any of the following:

Place the outdoor kitchen island on a wood or composite deck.

Move any fences, trash, or other debris out of the way.

Carry the outdoor kitchen island up or down steps.

Place the outdoor kitchen island over any protruding connections ("stub-ups") for water, electricity, or gas.
- Hook up any electrical, gas, or water lines.
Outdoor kitchen islands are equipped with a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) outlet and may also include a refrigerator or sink. You are responsible for the hook-up of the electrical, gas, and water connections. Bull Outdoor recommends that a licensed contractor should perform this work. It should NOT be scheduled the same day as delivery of your outdoor kitchen island.
White Glove Delivery Limitations
White Glove Delivery may not be available in all areas of the contiguous United States. Bull Outdoor Products will contact you prior to construction and/or shipment of your kitchen island if White Glove Delivery is not available in your area.
